Housing is our top sell product:

All electronic housing can be custom-made and every assembly reaches OEM quality. The flex cables, vibrator, loudspeaker will be tested before installation. During the installation, our engineers are required to wear anti-static gloves. Every housing can be recycled by us because we can use it for different customer’s need.

For LCD qualities we have these listed below:

For IC Chips:

All product have to go through these steps below before shipping:

1.QC team inspects surface to verify that there is no damage(Flex cable/LCD/Earpiece /Loudspeaker etc.), remeasure sizes (for sponge/screws etc product)
2.QC team test parts in a unit twice for its function
3.Engineers will test screws three time for installation. 
4.QC team will do final inspection on all sufaces and remeasure sizes again. Parts will be properly labeled to avoid any mistake.
5.Products will be packed in anti-static bag/plastic bag/bubble bag and the quantity will be checked three times.



We always deliver on the promise that Einpassung provides the best solutions for any given need or situation that might arise from our many customers. If any parts you received don't match the quality we promised, we will issue a full refund. Please see our warranty policy as below:

For wrong product receive:

If customers receive an incorrect product, they only need to send us clear photos with our label on it. We will verify the error and come out the solution within 3 hours. We will be responsible for all shipping fee.
If customers order a wrong product, they will need to ship it back and re-order it. We will issue the refund when we received the product. When returning a big quantity, customers should contact us first for the further disccussion.


For damage product receive:

If you find a visible damage on the package when received, please refuse to sign it and contact us as soon as possible.
If products damage is not caused by human error, please send video or photos to us. We will give you a satisfied solution within 3 hours.



For products you don’t like:

If customers are not satisfied with or no longer need the product received, they can return the products to us. Refund will be based on the market price and shipping fees can be negotiated depending on the quanity. 
Please note that all products returned must be the same condition as we ship them out and they need to come with our company label. The warranty does not cover physical damaged merchandise.
